DrTun LMS is a learning portal for enrolled course students. The Android app opens the same LMS service at lms.drtun.com and uses the same LMS account.

Information We Use

  • - Account information such as student name, email address, login status, course enrollment, and course role.
  • - Learning activity such as lesson progress, quiz or assignment activity, discussion posts, comments, live session access, and class membership.
  • - Notification information such as browser push subscription data or Android app notification token, device/browser metadata, notification delivery status, and failure state.

How We Use Information

  • - To let students sign in, access purchased or assigned courses, continue lessons, join course discussions, and receive course-related updates.
  • - To let LMS admins manage courses, students, class members, lessons, assignments, discussions, and manual notifications.
  • - To maintain security, troubleshoot delivery issues, prevent unauthorized course access, and improve LMS reliability.

Notifications

  • - Students can enable or disable phone notifications from the LMS notification controls.
  • - Android notification sound, vibration, and pop-up behavior depend on the phone, browser, app notification channel, volume, and Do Not Disturb settings.
  • - Notification tokens and push subscriptions are used only to deliver LMS notifications to the signed-in student account.

Storage and Sharing

  • - LMS data is stored using the LMS database and authentication providers configured for DrTun LMS.
  • - We do not sell student personal information.
  • - Access to admin tools is limited to authorized LMS administrators. We may use trusted infrastructure providers to host, authenticate, store, and deliver the LMS service.

Student Choices and Contact

  • - Students can sign out, disable notifications, or ask an LMS administrator for account/course access help.
  • - Students can request account correction or deletion through the DrTun LMS course/admin support channel that provided their account.
