DrTun LMS · ugc-terms-v1
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These Terms apply to enrolled students who use DrTun LMS discussions and other course communication features. Reading course discussions does not require acceptance, but you must accept the current version before posting or replying.
Use only the account provided or approved for you. Keep credentials private, do not impersonate another person, and do not bypass course or download restrictions. Course access remains subject to enrollment and administrator decisions.
Keep posts relevant to the course and communicate respectfully. Do not post harassment, bullying, threats, hate or abusive content, sexual or otherwise inappropriate material, spam, scams, misleading promotions, dangerous or illegal instructions, malware, or content that violates another person's rights.
Do not present unverified medical claims, misinformation, or harmful advice as fact. DrTun LMS is for medical education and reference; it does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or a replacement for professional care.
Do not share another person's private information, patient-identifying information, confidential course material, or copyrighted content without permission. Never post passwords, payment credentials, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive data.
A recording-enabled Google Meet class may capture participant voice, video, screen sharing, chat, and display names. By joining after the recording notice, you acknowledge that class recording may occur for enrolled-student learning. Keep your camera and microphone off when you do not want them captured, and never disclose patient-identifying or confidential information. A published recording is course material and must not be redistributed without permission.
You may report a post, comment, or member and may block another member. A report is confidential and does not automatically remove content. Authorized administrators may review the report, retain a limited safety record, dismiss it, or remove the reported content. Blocking hides that member's discussion content and discussion notifications only for you; it does not change either person's enrollment.
Administrators may remove content that violates these rules and may separately review enrollment or account access through existing student-management procedures. The policy version may change when safety or legal requirements change; a new version may require acceptance again.
