Request account deletion

DrTun LMS accounts are created by course administrators for enrolled students. There is no public in-app sign-up. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support.

Email deletion request

Send the request from the email used for your LMS account when possible. Include your account email, name, and course. Never include your password.

How the request is handled

Support may ask you to verify account ownership. After verification, an administrator will disable access and process the deletion request. Support will confirm the scope and expected completion date.

Data deleted or de-identified

This may include profile details and photo, login sessions, notification tokens, enrollment links, learning progress, quiz or assignment activity, discussion content, Terms acceptances, and blocked-member records associated with the account.

Data that may be retained

Limited security, audit, legal, or course-record information may be retained when necessary. Discussion content may be de-identified instead of removed when deletion would disrupt other students' course records. Closed moderation reports may be retained or de-identified for up to 12 months for abuse prevention before routine cleanup.
